How to automate OnlyFans and Fansly chatting without losing sales
A step-by-step setup of an AI chatter for one model: connecting the account, writing the persona, choosing content, prices and rules, testing in a sandbox and the first week live.

Automating chatting goes wrong in two ways: the AI sounds like a bot and fans leave, or it sells too hard and too cheap. Both come from a rushed setup. This guide walks through the setup on one model, step by step, using Fansflow as the example. The same steps apply whatever tool you use.
Plan for about an hour of setup and a week of watching.
1. Pick the right account to start with
Do not start with your best model. Pick an account where a mistake costs little and the AI can help most:
- a new account with no paying fans yet;
- an account whose nights are not covered;
- an account that is about to get a wave of traffic.
2. Connect the account without giving a password
Sign in to the model’s OnlyFans or Fansly yourself. Fansflow receives a session, never the password. Fans and open chats come in as they are, so the AI sees the history from the first minute.
3. Write the persona as you would brief a chatter
This is the step that decides whether the AI sounds like her. In Fansflow you do not fill in forms: you tell the assistant in plain words, and it writes everything down and shows each change. Cover:
- Who she is: age, where she lives, what she does, a few real details fans like to ask about.
- How she texts: short or long messages, emojis or none, sweet or teasing, lowercase or not. Paste a few of her real messages if you can.
- How she sells: soft and playful or direct, what she does when a fan haggles.
- Her limits: what she never does, never sends, never promises.
Vague personas give generic replies. “Cute and flirty” is not enough. “Writes in lowercase, teases about his job, calls him by name, never uses the word baby” is.
4. Choose the content the AI may use
Select the vault folders the AI may sell from. Anything outside them does not exist for it. Leave out customs made for one fan, personal files and system folders.
Then let Fansflow recognise the content: the AI looks at every photo and video in those folders and describes what is on it. Without this it cannot tell a lingerie set from a shower video, and it will offer the wrong thing.
5. Set prices, bundles and audience
- Price ranges for a photo and for a video. The AI sets each price inside the range, and you confirm the ranges before it starts.
- Bundles, if you sell ready packs. The AI offers them whole, with your caption.
- Audience: all fans, or only fans in certain lists. Put your top fans on the ignore list if you want people to keep them.
6. Name the stop topics
List what the AI must never handle: meeting in person, requests for personal contacts, anything the model has to agree to herself. When one comes up, the AI stops, leaves the chat to a person and sends you a Telegram alert. Connect the Telegram alerts now, not later.
7. Test it in the sandbox
Play the fan yourself in a private chat before the agent meets a real one. Try to break it:
- be a quiet fan who answers in one word;
- haggle over a price;
- ask for something she does not do;
- ask to meet;
- say you sent a tip that you did not send.
Each bad answer is a missing line in the persona or the rules. Fix it and try again.
8. Go live on copilot first
For the first week run the account on copilot: the AI drafts every reply and PPV, a chatter checks and sends. You see exactly what it would say, and the team learns its style.
9. What to watch in the first week
- How many drafts go out without edits. When most do, the quiet hours can move to autopilot.
- What you correct most. Turn every repeated correction into a rule.
- Unlocks, not just messages. Count how many PPVs fans open, not how many the AI sends.
10. Scale only after the first account works
When one account runs well, copy the approach to the next model: a new persona, new folders, new prices. Do not copy the persona itself. Every model needs her own voice, or fans who follow several of them notice.
