AI chatting for new OnlyFans accounts: how to warm up the first fans

Why new OnlyFans and Fansly accounts lose their first fans, what those first chats need, how to set up an AI chatter for a new account and when to bring in a person.

A new account is the hardest page in an agency to staff. There are no paying fans yet, so a strong chatter earns little there and asks to move. A weak one gets the account instead, and the first fans, the ones who decide whether the account takes off, get slow and generic answers.

This is where an AI chatter fits best: the work is mostly routine, there are no whales to lose, and speed matters more than anything.

Why new accounts lose their first fans

  • Slow replies. A new subscriber writes “hey” and waits hours. By the time someone answers, he has moved on to another creator.
  • Selling too early. The second message is a PPV. He does not know the model yet and has no reason to pay.
  • The same opener for everyone. He is subscribed to other creators and has seen that exact greeting before.
  • No one remembers him. He mentioned his job and his dog on Monday, and on Thursday the chat starts from zero.
  • Traffic comes in waves. A free trial link or a promotion brings dozens of subscribers in an evening, and one chatter cannot answer them all well.

What the first chats need

  1. A fast, personal answer. Reply within minutes, in the model’s voice, to what he actually wrote.
  2. Getting to know him. Ask about him, remember the answers and let the model open up a little too. This is what makes the first purchase easy later.
  3. A small first purchase. The first sale on a new account should be cheap and easy: a low step on the price ladder, or a free teaser that shows what is behind the lock.
  4. Climbing step by step. After the first purchase, offer the next step, not the most expensive set.
  5. Coming back to fans who went quiet. Many first fans stop answering after a few days. A personal win-back message brings part of them back.

How to set up an AI chatter for a new account

These steps use Fansflow as the example. The full setup guide covers each one in detail.

Describe the persona properly

A new account has no chat history the AI can learn from, so the persona is everything. Tell the assistant who she is, how she writes, how she flirts and sells, and what she never does. Paste a few of her real messages if you have them.

Choose folders and turn on content recognition

Select the vault folders the AI may sell from and run content recognition, so it knows what is in every photo and video. On a new account the vault is usually small, which makes it even more important that the AI offers exactly what the fan asked for.

Set low starting prices

Set price ranges for photos and videos with a low bottom, so the AI can make the first sale easy. Add bundles if you have ready packs. You can raise the ranges once the account has buyers.

Name the stop topics

Meeting in person, personal contacts, customs the model has not agreed to: when a fan raises one, the AI stops, leaves the chat to a person and sends you a Telegram alert.

Test in the sandbox, then switch on autopilot

Play a new subscriber in the sandbox: write one-word answers, ask for a discount, ask for something she does not do. When the answers sound like her, put the account on autopilot. On a new account there is little to lose and a lot of routine to cover.

What to watch in the first weeks

  • How many new subscribers get a conversation going. If fans stop after the first reply, the persona or the opener needs work.
  • The first purchases. Who bought, at what price and after how many messages. This shows whether the starting prices are right.
  • What you would have said differently. Read a few chats every day. Each thing you would change is a missing line in the persona or the rules.

When to bring in a person

The AI does the routine on a new account, but some fans deserve a human:

  • A fan who starts spending seriously. Add him to the ignore list or switch the account to copilot, and give him to your best chatter.
  • A long GFE chat where the fan wants real attention and every message counts.
  • A custom request. The model has to agree to it and shoot it, so a person should handle the conversation.

Taking over is one click, and you can hand the chat back to the AI later.

Common mistakes

  • Putting the account on autopilot with an empty persona. The AI will sound like everyone else.
  • Starting prices that are too high. A new fan who does not know the model yet will not pay a top price.
  • Selling in every message. First chats build trust. Selling comes after.
  • Never reading the chats. Autopilot does not mean nobody looks. Fifteen minutes a day in the first weeks shows what to fix.
