Terms of Service

The rules for using Fansflow: what we provide, what you are responsible for, how payment works and where our responsibility ends.

  • You decide what the AI may sell and say. You stay responsible for following OnlyFans and Fansly rules.
  • Fansflow is an independent tool, not affiliated with OnlyFans or Fansly.
  • Pricing is agreed individually. Usage is charged from a prepaid balance.
  • You can stop using Fansflow at any time.

These terms are an agreement between you and Fansflow (“Fansflow”, “we”, “us”) for using fansflow.net, the cabinet at app.fansflow.net, the Fansflow Connect browser extension and our Telegram bots (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept them. If you use the Service for an agency or company, you accept them on its behalf.

1. The Service

Fansflow is an AI chatter for OnlyFans and Fansly. It syncs conversations from accounts you connect, writes replies and PPV offers in the voice and within the rules you set, and sends them automatically or after a person approves them, depending on the mode you choose.

2. Who can use it

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. If you are an agency, you must have the creator’s consent for her account to be managed by you and answered with AI assistance.
  • You are responsible for everyone you add to your team and for what they do in the cabinet.

3. Your accounts on OnlyFans and Fansly

Fansflow is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OnlyFans or Fansly. Using third-party tools with a platform account is your decision, and you are responsible for following each platform’s terms and rules. We cannot control how a platform treats an account and do not guarantee that an account will not be limited or suspended.

4. AI-generated messages

You set the persona, the content the AI may sell, prices, stop topics and audience. The AI follows these settings, but like any AI it can make mistakes, so check your settings in the sandbox and watch the first days of work. You are responsible for the messages sent from your accounts, including messages written by the AI under your settings. You can take over any conversation or turn the AI off at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • with content involving anyone under 18, or any content illegal where you or the creator are;
  • with accounts or content you have no right to manage or sell;
  • to mislead fans about payments, for example to demand payment for content you will not deliver;
  • to harass anyone, send spam or break the rules of the platform;
  • to try to access other customers’ data, break our security or overload the Service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Payment

Pricing depends on the size of your agency and is agreed individually. Usage of the Service is charged from your prepaid balance, and you can see your balance and charges in the cabinet. If you have a question about a charge or a refund, write to us on Telegram. We review every request.

7. Your data and content

Your conversations, content and settings belong to you. You give us permission to process them only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use them to train AI models.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available around the clock, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, such as changes on OnlyFans or Fansly. We improve the Service continuously and may change, add or remove features.

9. Ending use

You can stop using the Service and remove your accounts at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the Service or other customers at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue or the actions of OnlyFans, Fansly or other third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it.

11. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we tell customers in the cabinet or on Telegram before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
